Balance Amount on the Goods means the amount arrived at after deducting the Total Cash Payment from the Total Price of the Goods;

  • It is the fastest, the most secure and the most convenient way of receiving the Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services.

  • Home Credit will pay such Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services within the ten (10) working days as stated in Clause 4.4 above.

  • The Dealer/Provider hereby acknowledges and agrees that Home Credit shall have in such cases the right to cancel the payment of the Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services payable by Home Credit or request its return should the Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services was already provided to the Dealer/Provider.

  • Home Credit will pay such Balance Amount on the Goods within the ten (10) working days as stated in Clause 4.4 above.

  • The Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services is considered paid at the moment when Home Credit sends the Balance Amount through the payment instructions selected by the Dealer/Provider and agreed upon with Home Credit.

  • The Dealer hereby acknowledges and agrees that Home Credit shall have in such cases the right to cancel the payment of the Balance Amount on the Goods payable by Home Credit or request its return should the Balance Amount on the Goods was already provided to the Dealer.

  • Where any information and/ or document is required by Home Credit either for the purpose of providing financing to the Customer or for the settlement of accounts in terms of this Agreement, the Dealer undertakes to immediately provide true, complete and updated information/ documents as required by Home Credit; Home Credit reserves the right to suspend the payment of the Balance Amount on the Goods until Home Credit receives complete, correct and proper documents to be furnished by the Dealer.

  • Home Credit will withhold payment of the Balance Amount on the Goods to the Dealer, for each contract where it has the following instances of mistakes in the Consumer Financing Agreement (CFA) - Missing Document (CFA) - Missing client’s signature - Different Customer name / surname Payment will be processed once mistake is resolved within 14 calendar days from date contract is Signed; Otherwise, cancellation process will apply and Dealer will not be paid the Balance Amount of the Goods.

  • Where any information and/ or document is required by Home Credit either for the purpose information/ documents as required by Home Credit; Home Credit reserves the right to suspend the payment of the Balance Amount on the Goods and/or Services until Home Credit receives complete, correct and proper documents to be furnished by the Dealer/Provider.

  • The Balance Amount on the Goods is considered paid at the moment when Home Credit sends the Balance Amount through the payment instructions selected by the Dealer and agreed upon with Home Credit.

Related to Balance Amount on the Goods

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Servicing Fee Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage specified on the Servicer Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess of (1) the Class C Applied Realized Loss Amount over (2) the sum of (x) all distributions in reduction of the Class C Unpaid Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates and (y) all increases in the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class C Certificates pursuant to the last sentence of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance."

  • Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than related Payaheads, if applicable) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Collection Period, the interest portion of Payaheads previously received and intended for application in the related Collection Period and the interest portion of all Payoffs and Curtailments received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Prepayment Period (other than interest on Principal Prepayments that occur during the portion of the Prepayment Period that is in the same calendar month as the related Distribution Date), less (x) the Servicing Fees (other than any Excess Servicing Fee) and any lender paid Primary Insurance Policy premiums with respect to such Mortgage Loans and (y) unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to a Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer or the Trustee with respect to such Mortgage Loans, to the extent allocable to interest, (2) all Compensating Interest Payments paid by a Servicer with respect to the related Mortgage Loans with respect to such Distribution Date, (3) the portion of any Substitution Adjustment Amount and Repurchase Price paid with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the calendar month immediately preceding the Distribution Date, in each case allocable to interest and the proceeds of any purchase of the Mortgage Loans by the Terminating Entity pursuant to Section 9.01 in an amount not exceeding the interest portion of the Par Value, (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, and any Insurance Proceeds and other recoveries (net of unreimbursed Advances, Servicing Advances and expenses, to the extent allocable to interest, and unpaid Servicing Fees) collected with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month, to the extent allocable to interest, (5) any amounts withdrawn from the Capitalized Interest Amount to pay interest on the related Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (6) the aggregate Excess Servicing Fee to be distributed to the Class A-IO-S Certificates.

  • Three-Month Secondary CD Rate means, for any day, the secondary market rate for three-month certificates of deposit reported as being in effect on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day) by the Board through the public information telephone line of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (which rate will, under the current practices of the Board, be published in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) during the week following such day) or, if such rate is not so reported on such day or such next preceding Business Day, the average of the secondary market quotations for three-month certificates of deposit of major money center banks in New York City received at approximately 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, on the next preceding Business Day) by the Administrative Agent from three negotiable certificate of deposit dealers of recognized standing selected by it.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Dividend Determination Date, as applicable, (i) an interest rate (expressed as a decimal) determined to be the per annum rate equal to the weekly average yield to maturity for U.S. Treasury securities with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets or (ii) if there is no such published U.S. Treasury security with a maturity of five years from the next Reset Date and trading in the public securities markets, then the rate will be determined by interpolation between the most recent weekly average yield to maturity for two series of U.S. Treasury securities trading in the public securities market, (A) one maturing as close as possible to, but earlier than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, and (B) the other maturity as close as possible to, but later than, the Reset Date following the next succeeding Reset Dividend Determination Date, in each case as published in the most recent H.15 (519). If the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the methods described in clause (i) or (ii) above, then the Five-year U.S. Treasury Rate will be the same interest rate determined for the prior Reset Dividend Determination Date.

  • Remittance Amount means the funds denominated in Singapore Dollars or United Stated Dollars which is to be debited from the Customer's Account(s) and converted into the specified Foreign Amount.

  • Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, calculated as follows, with respect to all Outstanding Mortgage Loans: the product of (i) the PO Fraction for each such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the remainder of (A) the Cut-Off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan minus (B) the sum of (x) all amounts in respect of principal received in respect of such Mortgage Loan (including, without limitation, amounts received as Monthly Payments, Periodic Advances, Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Substitution Principal Amounts) and distributed to Holders of the Certificates on such Distribution Date and all prior Distribution Dates and (y) the principal portion of any Realized Loss (other than a Debt Service Reduction) incurred on such Mortgage Loan from the Cut-Off Date through the end of the month preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.75000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Five-Year Treasury Rate means, as of any Reset Interest Determination Date, the average of the yields on actively traded U.S. Treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity, for five-year maturities, for the most recent five Business Days appearing under the caption “Treasury Constant Maturities” in the Most Recent H.15. If the Five-year Treasury Rate cannot be determined pursuant to the preceding sentence, the Calculation Agent, after consulting such sources as it deems comparable to any of the foregoing calculations, or any such source as it deems reasonable from which to estimate the Five-year Treasury Rate, will determine the Five-year Treasury Rate in its sole discretion, provided that if the Calculation Agent determines there is an industry-accepted successor Five-year Treasury Rate, then the Calculation Agent will use such successor rate. If the Calculation Agent has determined a substitute or successor base rate in accordance with the foregoing, the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion may determine the Business Day convention, the definition of Business Day and the Reset Interest Determination Date to be used and any other relevant methodology for calculating such substitute or successor base rate, including any adjustment factor needed to make such substitute or successor base rate comparable to the Five-year Treasury Rate, in a manner that is consistent with industry-accepted practices for such substitute or successor base rate.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Payment Date means the Payment Date occurring in May 2023.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class of Subordinated Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of (i) the Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over (ii) the sum of (a) all distributions in reduction of such Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates, and (b) the amount by which the Class Certificate Balance of such Class has been increased due to the distribution of any Subsequent Recoveries on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to a Class of Subordinated Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount will not be applied to reduce the Class Certificate Balance of such Class.

  • Net Finance Charges means, for the Reference Period, the Finance Charges according to the latest Financial Report(s), after deducting any interest payable for that Reference Period to any member of the Group and any interest income relating to cash or cash equivalent investment.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means February 15, 2024.

  • Class B Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class B Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(b).

  • Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.

  • Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period Either a Mid-Month Receipt Period or a Prior Month Receipt Period.

  • Class A Monthly Principal means the monthly principal distributable in respect of the Class A Certificates as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.07(a).

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.
