Bambuser Solution definition

Bambuser Solution means the One-to-Many Bambuser solution (“One-to-Many”) and One-to-One Bambuser solution (“One-to-One”), as further detailed in the Technical Specification available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/docs/agreement-details/# technical-specification-one-to-many (One-to-Many) and xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/docs/agreement-details/# technical-specification-one-to-one (One-to-One).
Bambuser Solution means any Bambuser product(s) as defined in Appendix B (Technical Specification) appurtenant to the Agreement. The Bambuser Solution includes, but is not limited to: Bambuser App, Bambuser Dashboard, Bambuser Player any related feature or functionality.

  • Upon termination for any reason, the Customer shall immediately cease all use of, and destroy all copies of, the Bambuser Solution.
