Bancomext Loan definition

Bancomext Loan means the loan provided pursuant to the Contrato de Apertura de Crédito Simple, dated on or prior to the date hereof, as amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, between the Company and Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, S.N.C.

  • LIBOR Revolver Loan a Revolver Loan that bears interest based on LIBOR. License: any license or agreement under which an Obligor is authorized to use Intellectual Property in connection with any manufacture, marketing, distribution or disposition of Collateral, any use of Property or any other conduct of its business.

  • Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Interest Period means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100 of 1%) by dividing (i) the applicable London Interbank Offered Rate by (ii) 1.00 minus the Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • CD Loan means a Committed Loan to be made by a Bank as a CD Loan in accordance with the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing.

  • London Interbank Offered Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Funding Bank shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3 hereof.

  • Money Market Absolute Rate Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.

  • Related Loan Group For Group 1, Loan Group 1; for Group 2, Loan Group 2; for Group 3, Loan Group 3; and for Group 4, Loan Group 4.

  • LIBOR Banking Day has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b)(1).

  • Prime Rate Loan means the Loan at such time as interest thereon accrues at a rate of interest based upon the Prime Rate.
