Bank Licensed Marks definition

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed on Schedule A as may be modified from time to time in accordance with Section 9.2(b), together with the tradename of Bank and any successor trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and proprietary designations that Bank adopts as successors to those listed on Schedule A.

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed on Schedule 1.1(a) and licensed to Pier 1 under Section 10.2 hereof.

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed on Schedule 1.1(b) and licensed to the FDS Companies under Section 10.2 hereof.

Examples of Bank Licensed Marks in a sentence

• Effective upon the Termination Date, Bank and its Affiliates hereby grant and agree to grant to Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to use Bank Licensed Marks for a [*] period after the Termination Date to the extent necessary for the winding down the operation of the Program in a manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

• Company may sublicense the use of Bank Licensed Marks to any Affiliate or subcontractor performing Company’s obligations under this Agreement provided that: (i) such Affiliate or subcontractor agrees in writing to comply with all of the standards specified herein and the limitations on the use of the Bank Licensed Marks contained in this Section 9.2; and (ii) Company is responsible for all actions and inactions of such Affiliate or subcontractor with respect to the use of the Bank Licensed Marks.

• If any of the Bank Licensed Marks is infringed, Bank alone has the right, in its sole discretion, to take whatever action it deems necessary to prevent such infringing use.

• Company shall reasonably cooperate with and assist Bank, at Bank’s expense, in the prosecution of those actions that Bank determines, in its sole discretion, are necessary or desirable to prevent the infringing use of any of the Bank Licensed Marks.

• Nothing herein shall give Company any proprietary interest in or to the Bank Licensed Marks, except the right to use the Bank Licensed Marks in accordance with this Agreement, and Company shall not contest Bank’s title in and to the Bank Licensed Marks.

More Definitions of Bank Licensed Marks

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed on Schedule B and licensed to Kohl’s under Section 10.2.

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank listed in the Credit Card Program Agreement as may be modified from time to time by Bank in accordance with the Credit Card Program Agreement, together with the tradename of Bank and any successor trademarks, tradenames, service marks, logos and proprietary designations that Bank adopts as successors to those listed in the Credit Card Program Agreement.

Bank Licensed Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos and other proprietary designations of Bank licensed to certain subsidiaries of Block, Inc. by Bank under the Block Licensing Agreement.

Bank Licensed Marks means those trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, trade dress, internet domain names, corporate names and other source indicators and proprietary designations of the Bank that are listed on Schedule 1.1(b), as such schedule may be amended from time to time by the Bank.
