The purpose of the Return to Work/Job Bank Program is to assist the injured worker in returning to a different job within the City if the employee is unable to perform the duties of the preinjury position as a result of a work injury arising out of and in the course of employment for the City.
The employer has created a Return to Work/Job Bank Program as a component of its resources allocation (budget) process.
