Bank Reply Period definition

Bank Reply Period has the meaning specified in Section 12.02.

Bank Reply Period. Unless a Bank shall give written notice to Administrative Agent that it objects to the recommendation or determination of Administrative Agent (together with a written explanation of the reasons behind such objection) within the Bank Reply Period, such Bank shall be deemed to have approved or consented to such recommendation or determination.
