Base combined child support obligation table means the appropriate table described in Sections 81-6-302 and 81-6-304.

Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. SOFR Benchmark Transition Event means the occurrence of a Benchmark Transition Event with respect to the then-current Benchmark;
AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment with respect to any obligations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, in each case to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code thereto.
