Base Grant definition

Base Grant means “those funds allocated in accordance with the formula in Rule 27P-19.005, F.A.C., as a minimum allocation to County Emergency Management Agencies.”
Base Grant has the meaning set out in Section 3.4.
Base Grant. = 50% x Target GrantPerformance Grant” = 50% x Total Bonus Percentage x Target Grant The Target Grant for 2005 for the Executive has been established at 64,367 Common Shares under the 2005 Bonus Policy, and the Target Grant for each fiscal year thereafter shall be established under the Bonus Policy adopted for such fiscal year. The Restricted Share Incentive Bonus for a fiscal year shall be issued to the Executive in the form of Restricted Share Grants within one month after the end of such fiscal year. The Restricted Share Grants issued under the Restricted Share Incentive Bonus shall vest in accordance with Section 5(c) below, except that, regardless of the effective date of the grant vesting shall be deemed to commence on the first business day of the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year to which the Restricted Share Incentive Bonus relates.

Examples of Base Grant in a sentence

  • To be eligible for any reduction, the Base Grant recipient shall demonstrate and certify that the reduction is due to reductions in county general revenue funding and that the amount of the requested reduction is equivalent to across the board reductions in all county budgets.

  • In no event will Employee be entitled to receive a number of Performance Shares pursuant to this Subsection 5(a) greater than 1.0 times the Base Grant.

  • In no event will Employee be entitled to receive a number of Performance Shares pursuant to this Subsection (b) greater than 1.0 times the Base Grant.

  • In no event will Employee be entitled to receive a number of Performance Shares pursuant to this Award Agreement greater than 2.0 times the Base Grant.

  • The Company’s “Average Performance,” for purposes of determining any Base Grant adjustments pursuant to Subsection 5(b) above will be the average of the Average Performance Metrics.

  • For example, if the Company’s Average Performance during the Performance Period places the Company’s performance in the 60th percentile, then the number of Performance Shares would be increased to .60 (0.5 X 60/50) multiplied by the Base Grant.

  • Fifty percent (50%) of the Base Grant will increase or decrease based upon the Company’s “Average Performance” with respect to the “Performance Metrics,” as follows: If intermediate percentiles are achieved, the number of Performance Shares awarded pursuant to this Subsection 5(b) will be prorated (partial shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole share when applicable).

  • For example, if the Company’s Total Shareholder Return during the Performance Period places the Company’s performance in the 60th percentile, then the number of Performance Shares would be increased to 0.60 (0.5 X 60/50) multiplied by the Base Grant.

  • Fifty percent (50%) of the Base Grant will increase or decrease based upon the Company’s “Total Shareholder Return” as compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the companies in the Growth Index during the Performance Period, as follows: If intermediate percentiles are achieved, the number of Performance Shares awarded will be prorated (partial shares will be rounded down to the nearest whole share when applicable).

  • In accordance with Rule 27P-19.011(2), Florida Administrative Code, and if “exceptional financial circumstances” exist, then the Recipient may request from the Division a match reduction: If the Base Grant recipient demonstrates that exceptional financial circumstances prevent the Base Grant recipient from complying with the match requirements in subsection 27P- 19.011(1), F.A.C., then the Base Grant recipient may request that the Division authorize a reduction in the amount of match required.


More Definitions of Base Grant

Base Grant means a grant of Plan Shares under the Plan.

Related to Base Grant

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient;

  • Grant Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Parties, including the Signature Document, these Uniform Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments and amendments that may be issued by the System Agency.

  • RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.

  • Notification of Award/Letter of Award means the formal award by the Employer of the Bid incorporating any adjustments or variation to the Bid agreed between the Employer and the Contractor.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Notification of Award means date which is earlier of either a Fax of Intent (FOI) or Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Award (LOA) issued to a successful bidder for award of the work pursuant to bidding process.
