Sub-grant definition

Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.
Sub-grant means a grant made, or to be made, to an Implementing Partner out of the proceeds of the Grant to finance a Sub-Project;
Sub-grant means a grant to be made to a Sub-Project Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Grant for a Sub-Project.

More Definitions of Sub-grant

Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Bank using Trust Funds allocated to Window 2 (Sub-grants for Investment Projects), herewith to any public or private entity to carry out an Investment and Program Activity;
Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Bank, out of the Grant Funds allocated to Category (3), herewith to any public or private entity to carry out an Investment and Program Activity;
Sub-grant means a grant to be made out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing eligible expenditures required for a Sub-project in accordance with the provisions of Section I.F.2, I.F.3 or I.F.4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Sub-grant means a grant made, or proposed to be made, by any Participating Countries, out of the proceeds of its GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement, to a Selected Beneficiary, for the co-financing of a Sub-project under Parts A.1(a), A.1(b), or A.1(c) of the Project, as the case may be, in accordance with its Respective Parts of the Project; and “Sub-grants” means more than one Sub-grant.
Sub-grant means a Matching Grant or a Competitive Grant.
Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by MOPH to an NGO out of the proceeds of the Grant allocated to Part 1(a)(i) of the Project to finance the carrying out of a Sub-project.
Sub-grant means the proceeds of the Grant to be made available to an eligible Sub-Grantee in accordance with Section 2.03(c) of this Annex for the purposes of carrying out a Sub-project. “Sub-Grants” means more than one Sub-Grant.
