Base Reference Banks definition

Base Reference Banks means, in relation to LIBOR, the principal London offices of HSBC Bank plc, Barclays Bank PLC and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc and, in relation to EURIBOR, the principal office in Paris of HSBC Bank plc, BNP Paribas and Société Générale or such other banks as may be appointed by the Agent in consultation with the Company.
Base Reference Banks means in relation to LIBOR, the principal London offices of Banca IMI S.p.A., Milan and Bank of America, N.A., London Branch and the principal Milan office of Mediobanca — Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., Milan and, in relation to EURIBOR, the principal office in London of Banca IMI S.p.A., Milan and Bank of America, N.A., London Branch and the principal Milan office of Mediobanca — Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., Milan or such other banks as may be appointed by the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders) in consultation with the Parent.
Base Reference Banks means the principal London office of such banks as may be appointed by the Agent in consultation with the Company.

  • A Base Reference Bank which is not a Party may rely on Clause 27.21 (Role of Base Reference Banks), paragraph 37.2(b) of Clause 37.2 (Exceptions) subject to Clause 1.3 (Third party rights) and the provisions of the Third Parties Act.

Base Reference Banks means the Lenders or such other banks as may be appointed by the Agent in consultation with the Borrowers.
