Base Services definition

Base Services has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(a).

Base Services shall have the meaning given in Section 2.01(a)(iii).

Base Services means the products and services offered, provided and made available by TEPL in accordance with these Terms, excluding Additional Services, which may be effected or obtained by you through the use of the Dash Application from time to time as long as you have in force a valid Dash Balance and your access to and use of the Dash Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, including, where applicable:

Examples of Base Services in a sentence

• The Airports Authority may, during the course of this contract, request the Contractor to perform Supplemental Services in addition to the Base Services as needed.

• Unless otherwise specified, all requirements shall be performed under Base Services.

• This service shall be provided as part of Base Services and shall not be an additional cost.

• FCSS shall have no obligation to pay Contractor for any Staff Positions that are not set forth in a completed and executed Site Contract or that did not actually provide Base Services or Supplemental Services at a School Site.

• The Authority may, during the term of the contract, request that the contractor perform supplemental services which are outside of the terms of the Base Services Section i.e. additions to equipment, new installations, re-habilitation/refinishing or work to bring equipment up to standards with the provisions of current applicable laws.

More Definitions of Base Services

Base Services has the meaning set forth in Section 11.

Base Services means the Dispatch Services, Non-emergency Fire Call Handling, RMS, Training Services and Technical Support Services provided by Saanich to OAK BAY as defined and described in Schedule A;

Base Services means the products and services offered, provided and made available by iAPPS in accordance with these Terms, excluding Additional Services, which may be effected or obtained by you through the use of the SLIDE Application from time to time as long as you have in force a valid SLIDE Balance and your access to and use of the SLIDE Application have not been suspended or terminated for any reason whatsoever, including, where applicable:

Base Services as defined in Section 2.1 of the Services Agreement. "Base Term" -- the period from the Commencement Date to the Base Term Expiration Date. "Base Term Expiration Date" -- as defined in Section 4.2(a)(iv) of the Participation Agreement.

Base Services mean, individually or collectively, the Services described under the “BASE CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICES” heading below.

Base Services means the Services identified in Schedule A as “Base Services”.
