Baseline Energy definition

Baseline Energy means the energy use (units) occurring during the Baseline Period without adjustments.
Baseline Energy means the combined energy used and billed to Customer for both the 701 N. Kirk Road Facility and the 1801 Suncast Lane location up to and including 61,509,600 kilowatt-hours annually.
Baseline Energy means the total of Firm Baseline Energy and Interruptible Baseline Energy.

Examples of Baseline Energy in a sentence

  • If the customer’s energy consumption exceeds the Monthly Baseline Energy Level (on‐peak or off‐peak, as applicable) in any hour of the billing month, the Utility will charge the customer for the hourly energy consumption less the Monthly Baseline Energy Level (i.e., the “Incremental Hourly Energy”) at the following energy costs charged to the Utility by WPPI to provide service to the customer under the NLMP Tariff.

  • As a result of such investigation, QESP and Department shall determine what, if any, adjustments to the baseline will be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Schedule C (Savings Measurement and Verification Plan; Post-Retrofit M&V Plan; Annual M&V Report Requirements) and Schedule B (Baseline Energy Consumption; Methodology to Adjust Baseline).

  • Corporate name changes, change in ownership of a facility or a corporation, the formation of subsidiaries, or similar actions will not qualify a customer as a new customer for purposes of determining the Baseline Demand Levels and Baseline Energy Levels.

  • Baseline Demand Levels and Baseline Energy Levels for new customer accounts with less than 12 months of history will be based on a forecast, supplied by the new customer and reasonable to the Utility, of electric energy consumption and demand for the new facility.

  • Preconditions The user needs to be logged in to perform this use case.

  • In the event that either Party is in default of any of its obligations under this Contract (including if a representation or warranty given by a Party under this Contract (other than a representation by the Customer regarding the Information, in which case the remedy shall be an appropriate adjustment to the Baseline Energy Cost) proves to be untrue), the Party not in default may provide the defaulting Party with written notice of its default ("Notice of Default").

  • City will provide information to M&V Consultant regarding Baseline Energy Use and Avoided Energy Use.


More Definitions of Baseline Energy

Baseline Energy means the annual energy consumption levels at the Existing Equipment prior to the implementation of the energy conservation measures by the ESCO in accordance with Schedule 6 (Baseline Energy Consumption and Baseline Unit Rates).

Related to Baseline Energy

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.
