construction supervisor means a competent person responsible for supervising construction activities on a construction site;
Direct supervision means oversight at a distance within which:
Group supervision means the process of clinical supervision of no more than six persons in a group setting provided by a qualified supervisor.
Water Supervisor means the Water Supervisor of the appropriate local office of the Safe Drinking Water Branch of the Ministry, where the Works are geographically located;
Clinical supervision means direction or oversight provided either face to face or by videoconference or telephone by an individual qualified to evaluate, guide, and direct all behavioral health services provided by a licensee to assist the licensee to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health ethically, safely, and competently.
Indirect supervision means the supervision of an unlicensed school staff member when the school nurse or other health care provider is not physically available on site but immediately available by telephone.
Public safety officer means a member serving a public
Clinical supervisor means any of the following:
Direct visual supervision means the supervisory dentist
Immediate supervision means under the physical and visual supervision of a pharmacist;
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Radiation safety officer means an individual who has the knowledge and responsibility to apply appropriate radiation protection regulations and has been assigned such responsibility by the licensee or registrant.
Free appropriate public education means special education and related services that are provided at public expense and under public supervision and direction, and without charge, meet the standards of the Department of Public Instruction, include an appropriate preschool, elementary or secondary school education; and are provided in conformity with an IEP.
Natural Resources Assistance Council means the natural resources assistance council created pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 164.21 as well as its members and officers.
Community supervision means an order of disposition by the
Probation Officer (i.e., USPO) means an individual appointed by the United States District Court to provide pretrial, presentence and supervision (pre and post sentence) services for the court. “Probation Officer” refers to the individual responsible for the direct supervision of a client receiving drug/alcohol testing and/or treatment and/or mental health treatment services.

Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
information society service means a service as defined in point (b) of Article 1(1) of Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council;
Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.
Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
Civil Service Commission means the commission required under Section 5 of Article XI of the Michigan Constitution of 1963.
Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;
