Medical Practice shall pay Modernizing Medicine the monthly fee specified on Schedule “A” of the License Agreement for either Basic Support (the “Basic Support Fee”) or Premium Support (the “Premium Support Fee” and together with the Basic Support Fee, the “Support Fees”) based on the Support Option that Medical Practice has selected.
