SAP Support definition

SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

SAP Support means SAP’s then-current SAP support offering made available to Licensee, as stated in the applicable Software Order Form and made a part hereof.

SAP Support shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement.

Examples of SAP Support in a sentence

• System notifications and information from SAP relating to the operation, hosting or support of the Cloud Service can also be provided within the Cloud Service, or made available via the SAP Support Portal.

• In addition to the support policy referenced in the Order Form, specific SAP support and maintenance policies apply to the On-Premise Components and can be found in SAP Support Note 2658835.

• SAP is responsible for breaches of the Agreement caused by its subcontractors in relation to SAP Support and the performance of any subcontractor to the same extent as if it would be performed by SAP.

• SAP may use subcontractors to provide all or part of SAP Support under the Agreement.

• If Customer does not pay fees (and Taxes) in accordance with the terms of the Agreement then, in addition to any other available remedies, SAP may suspend SAP Support until payment is made.

More Definitions of SAP Support

SAP Support means the SAP’s then-current SAP support offering set forth in the SAP support schedule that is incorporated in the Order Form.

SAP Support means support services as defined in the applicable Agreement.

SAP Support means SAP’s then-current SAP support offering specified in the applicable Software Order Forms and made available to Licensee as stated in the applicable SAP Support Schedule found at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx.xxx as of the effective date of the first Software Order Form issued under these GTCs. Such SAP Support Schedule is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. SAP recommends Licensee prints a copy of the applicable SAP Support Schedule for Licensee’s own records.

SAP Support means the support offering provided for Contractual SAP Software and agreed in the Software Agreement.

SAP Support means agreed SAP support provided for SAP Software.
