Basic Trading Area definition

Basic Trading Area has the meaning given in the FCC Rules for BRS.
Basic Trading Area or "BTA" shall mean a service area designated as such in the Broadband PCS Reconsideration Order issued by the FCC.
Basic Trading Area has the meaning given in the FCC Rules for BRS.
