Basket Constituent definition

Basket Constituent means, if applicable, each of the assets or reference bases specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be included in the Basket.

Basket Constituent means each asset or each reference basis in the basket specified under "Underlying" in the Specific Terms of the Securities.

Basket Constituent means, when the Underlying of the Certificates is a Basket, each financial asset included in such Basket, as specified in the applicable Final Terms.

• At worst, the investor may suffer a total loss of capital invested if the Final Reference Level of the Basket Constituent with the worst performance is zero.

• The occurrence of any Disruption Event may result in the postponement of the relevant observation date relating to any Underlying or affected Basket Constituent, the postponement of the relevant payment date for interest or redemption of the Notes by the Issuer.

• In this case, the Barrier Level will be specified for each Underlying or Basket Constituent.

• Therefore, once the Basket Constituent has been selected in relation to a Himalaya Valuation Period, it will not be taken into account for the following Himalaya Valuation Period(s) relating to the same Call/Put Interest Payment Date.

Basket Constituent means each of the constituents listed on Appendix 1 hereto. “Basket Currency” means EUR

Basket Constituent means each of the assets as defined in "Basket" in the column “Name of Basket Constituent and ISIN”, provided such asset is not an Eliminated Constituent and subject to adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;
