Captive insurance company means a pure captive insurance company, association captive insurance company, captive reinsurance company, sponsored captive insurance company, special purpose captive insurance company, or industrial insured captive insurance company formed or licensed under this chapter. For purposes of this chapter, a branch captive insurance company must be a pure captive insurance company with respect to operations in this State, unless otherwise permitted by the director.

Financial Closure means compliance with the requirements under Article 3.1 of this Agreement;

Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Financial Closing means the execution of the Financing Documents by all the parties thereto, and the fulfillment of all conditions precedent thereunder necessary to permit the advance of funds to pay amounts due under this Agreement.
Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on Schedule 11.02 or such other address as the Agent may from time to time specify.
Diocese means the Catholic diocese in which the Academy is situated;
Public street means a public right-of-way, including a public highway, public avenue, public boulevard, public parkway, public road, public lane, public alley, public viaduct, public subway, public tunnel, public bridge, public byway, other public transportation easement, or other public way.
