Bedroom definition

Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;
Bedroom means a habitable room which can be used as sleeping quarters, but does not include a bathroom, living room, dining room or kitchen;
Bedroom means a room with an egress window, a closet, and/or is intended for sleeping purposes; or as defined by the local board of health, as stated in the local OWTS regulation.
