Benchmarker definition

Benchmarker means the person appointed by the Authority to conduct the Benchmark Review.

  • If the Supplier fails to provide any information requested from it by the Benchmarker and described in the plan, such failure shall constitute a material Default for the purposes of Clause 27.1(c) (Rectification Plan Process).

More Definitions of Benchmarker

Benchmarker means any one of the following entities (or their successors) designated by Customer from time to time to conduct the Benchmarking Process: Gartner, Inc.; Maturity Consulting GmbH; Interactive Data Corporation (IDC); or such other entity as the Parties may agree upon.
