Benchmarker definition

Benchmarker means the person appointed by the PCC to conduct the Benchmark Review.
Benchmarker shall have the meaning given in Section 11.10.1.
Benchmarker means the person appointed by the Authority to conduct the Benchmark Review. “Benchmark Report” means the report prepared by the Benchmarker following the Benchmark Review.

Benchmarker shall have the meaning given in Section 13.7(a).
