Beneficiary Organisation Data Form means the form provided by the GLA onto which all data regarding Beneficiary Organisations and the stages of their progression is entered by you in accordance with Schedule 9 (Project Reporting and Evaluation Requirements) and which may be a spreadsheet, word document or electronic data collection system such as OPS;
