Bermudian Sellers definition

Bermudian Sellers means Aircastle Investment Holdings 2 Limited and Aircastle Investment Holdings 3 Limited and “Bermudian Seller” means any one of the foregoing.

Bermudian Sellers means, collectively, Aircastle Investment Holdings Limited, Aircastle Investment Holdings 2 Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding II Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding III Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding IV Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding V Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding VI Limited, Aircastle Bermuda Holding IX Limited, ABH 10 Limited and ABH 11 Limited and "Bermudian Seller" means any one of the foregoing.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Model 1 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that has selected a certified service provider as the seller's agent to perform all of the seller's sales and use tax functions for agreement sales and use taxes other than the seller's obligation under Section 59-12-124 to remit a tax on the seller's own purchases.

  • Purchaser Parent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:

  • The Purchaser means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in SCC.

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • SASAC means the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC or its competent local counterparts.

  • Buyer Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Procuring Entity/Purchaser means a Entity having administrative and financial powers to undertake Procurement of Goods, Works or Services using public funds, as specified in the PCC;

  • DPWH means the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Government of the Philippines.

  • Contributors has the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph hereof.
