The Inspector means any person or agency nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect Stores under the Contract.

Best Value means the method by which a proposal/contract, if any, is awarded, in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Best Value includes multiple parameters, including experience, references, quality of the Vendor's product(s)/service(s), and price, as detailed in Section 6.0 Evaluation and Award.

Special inspector means an inspector holding a Washington commission identified under RCW 70.79.130.
Best Value Duty means the duty imposed on the Authority by Part 1 of the 1999 Act and under which the Authority is under a statutory duty to continuously improve the way its functions are exercised, having regard to a combination of economy, efficiency and effectiveness and to the guidance issued from time to time by the Secretary of State, the Audit Commission and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy pursuant to, or in connection with, Part 1 of the 1999 Act.
Electrical Inspector means a person appointed as such by the Government under sub-section (1) of Section 162 of the Electricity Act 2003 and also includes Chief Electrical Inspector;
Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.
Independent Inspector means a licensed Person who performs sampling, quality analysis and quantity determination of the Product received or delivered.
Certified inspector means an employee or agent of a VESCP authority who (i) holds a certificate of competence from the Board in the area of project inspection or (ii) is enrolled in the Board's training program for project inspection and successfully completes such program within one year after enrollment.
Installation inspector means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the physical sciences and the principles of engineering, acquired by a professional education and related practical experience, is qualified to supervise the installation of tank systems.
Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.
Initial Valuation means, when used with reference to specified Collateral, the Valuation initially performed for the Collateral as of the date on which the Collateral was added to the Collateral Pool. The Initial Valuation for each of the Initial Mortgaged Properties is as set forth in Exhibit A to the Agreement.
Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.
Present Fair Saleable Value means the amount that could be obtained by an independent willing seller from an independent willing buyer if the assets (both tangible and intangible) of the applicable Person and its subsidiaries taken as a whole are sold on a going-concern basis with reasonable promptness in an arm’s-length transaction under present conditions for the sale of comparable business enterprises insofar as such conditions can be reasonably evaluated.
Inspector shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(xiv) hereof.
Qualified inspector means a United States department of
Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.
Chief Inspector means Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Education, Children's Services and Skills or his successor;

Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.
Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
Total Value means either the fair market value or the actual price paid for a covered animal part or product, whichever is greater.
