Bid Event Coordinator definition

Bid Event Coordinator means the individual identified in Section 1.5 of the Main Body (or any successor to such individual) who, among other things, (i) acts as a liaison between the participants in the RFP and ELL on all RFP-related matters, (ii) ensures that Bidder RFP-related questions that ESL receives are addressed in an appropriate manner, (iii) receives, records, and maintains Bidder proposals throughout the RFP, (iv) works with the IM throughout the RFP, and(v) manages other administrative matters relating to the RFP.
Bid Event Coordinator means the administrator of the RFP set forth in Section 1.5 of the main body of the RFP.

  • Information submitted to ESL through the Bidder Registration Process will be submitted to the Bid Event Coordinator.

  • Only the Bid Event Coordinator and, if necessary, members of the RFP Administration Team and the Evaluation Teams will have access to and review the information received from Bidders in the Bidder Registration Process.

  • Procedural protections include requiring the submission, via PowerAdvocate (as described in the Main Body), of Bidder’s Proposal Packages to the Bid Event Coordinator and the redaction of certain information in the Bidder Proposal Packages so that the members of each Evaluation Team receive the information needed to carry out their respective evaluations.

  • Further, no Bidder may disclose, collaborate on, or discuss with any other Person (except those participating in the same proposal (to the extent permitted in Section 6.7 of the Main Body), the Bid Event Coordinator, and the IM) bidding strategies or the substance of proposals, including, without limitation, the price or any other terms or conditions of any contemplated, indicative, or final proposal.

  • For this RFP, ESL has established an RFP Administration Team, which consists of the following ESL personnel: (i) the Bid Event Coordinator, (ii) the Manager of Project and Performance Management, and (iii) the Manager of Generation Planning and Models.

  • The RFP Administration Team will ensure that Bidder questions received by the Bid Event Coordinator concerning this RFP are addressed, with questions and answers posted on the 2022 ETI Renewables RFP Website, subject to Section 6.2 of the Main Body.

  • Bidders may obtain their respective Portfolio Exposures prior to the start of the Proposal Submission Process by requesting the same from the Bid Event Coordinator no later than thirty (30) days before the Required Proposal Submission Deadline.

  • After the selection process has been completed, the Bid Event Coordinator will notify each Bidder, for each proposal it submitted, whether the proposal is on the Primary Selection List (if any), the Secondary Selection List (if any), or has been eliminated from further consideration in this RFP.

Related to Bid Event Coordinator

  • Project Coordinator means the employee of Alamo Colleges District designated in Exhibit A hereto who will manage the relationship between Alamo Colleges District and Contractor. The designated employee will be knowledgeable of the Project and be experienced in managing projects similar to the one established herein.

  • Title IX Coordinator means an employee of the school district that coordinates the school district’s efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for acting as the primary contact for the parties and ensuring that the parties are provided with all notices, evidence, reports, and written determinations to which they are entitled under this policy and grievance process. The Title IX Coordinator is also responsible for effective implementation of any supportive measures or remedies. The Title IX Coordinator must be free from conflicts of interest and bias when administrating the grievance process.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Care Coordinator means the professional who assists members in care coordination as described in paragraph 78.53(1)“b.”

  • Service Coordinator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Reliability Coordinator or “RC” shall mean the entity that is the highest level of authority who is responsible for the reliable operation of the Bulk Electric System, has the wide area view of the Bulk Electric System, and has the operating tools, processes and procedures, including the authority to prevent or mitigate emergency operating situations in both next day analysis and real-time operations. The Reliability Coordinator has the purview that is broad enough to enable the calculation of Interconnection Reliability Operating Limits, which may be based on the operating parameters of transmission systems beyond any Transmission Operator’s vision.

  • Scheduling Coordinator or “SC” means an entity certified by the CAISO as qualifying as a Scheduling Coordinator pursuant to the CAISO Tariff for the purposes of undertaking the functions specified in “Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator,” of the CAISO Tariff, as amended from time to time.

  • Services Coordinator means an employee of the community developmental disability program or other agency that contracts with the county or Division, who is selected to plan, procure, coordinate, monitor Individual Support Plan services, and to act as a proponent for individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Sustainability Coordinator means BofA Securities, Inc., in its capacity as the sustainability coordinator.

  • Coordinator means the person designated by Canada to act as the Dispute Resolution Coordinator.

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Project Coordination Unit or “PCU” means the unit referred to in Section II (1) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • District coordinator means the state police emergency management division district coordinator.

  • Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Order Coordination refers to standard BellSouth service order coordination involving SL1 and SL2 voice loops and all digital loops. Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Mpower advised.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Reliability Coordinator Area means that portion of the Bulk Electric System under the purview of the Reliability Coordinator.

  • Care coordination means a process-oriented activity to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration to meet multiple needs. Care coordination includes facilitating communication between the family, natural supports, community resources, and involved providers and agencies; organizing, facilitating and participating in team meetings; and providing for continuity of care by creating linkages to and managing transitions between levels of care and transitions for young adults in transition to adult services.

  • Project Managers means the individuals identified in Section 12 of this Agreement who are authorized by TriMet and Subrecipient respectively to send and receive communications regarding this Agreement.

  • Project Executing Agency wherever it appears in the Loan Regulations shall be substituted by the term “Program Executing Agency”.

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;
