Bid Tabulation definition

Bid Tabulation means the recording of Bids and bidding data submitted in response to a Bid Solicitation for purposes of comparison, analysis, and record keeping.

  • Submitted Bid has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Evaluated Bid means a Bid that factors each Respondent’s Base Bid including any alternates, deductive and additives selected by the City that will result in a weighed reduction based on that Respondent’s percentage of SBE participation, as defined by formula set forth in this chapter or in the SBE Regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter.

  • Solicitation” or "Request for Applications (RFA means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.

  • Competitive Bid Quote Request means the notice, in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto, to be delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.03 in requesting Competitive Bid Quotes.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Loan in accordance with Section 2.04.

  • Verifier shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.4(c) of the Facility Lease.

  • State contract solicitation means a request by a state agency or quasi-public agency, in whatever form issued, including, but not limited to, an invitation to bid, request for proposals, request for information or request for quotes, inviting bids, quotes or other types of submittals, through a competitive procurement process or another process authorized by law waiving competitive procurement.

  • Bid Solicitation means a formal request for Bids including a Request for Quotation, Request for Tender or Request for Proposal.

  • Messages means both “EDI Messages” or “Other Messages”.

  • Response Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.

  • Competitive Bid Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Bid, the Margin or the Fixed Rate, as applicable, offered by the Lender making such Competitive Bid.

  • Competitive bidding means a transparent process for procurement of equipment, services and works in which bids are invited by the project developer by open advertisement covering the scope and specifications of the equipment, services and works required for the project, and the terms and conditions of the proposed contract as well as the criteria by which bids shall be evaluated, and shall include domestic competitive bidding and international competitive bidding;

  • Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • Encounter means a record of a medically-related service rendered by an AHCCCS-registered provider to a member enrolled with a contractor on the date of service.

  • Submitter means a forest professional.
