Criteria 28.1 Subject to ITB Clause 30, the Purchaser will award the contract to the successful Bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined to be the Cost Based Lowest Evaluated Bid, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily.
If the Bidder with the Lowest Evaluated Bid does not accept the correction of errors, the bid shall be rejected.
