Bidder Common Stock definition

Bidder Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Bidder.
Bidder Common Stock shall have the meaning given to that term in Clause 6.2.2;
Bidder Common Stock has the meaning given to it in Recital (E);
