Biennial General Meeting definition

Biennial General Meeting means the Annual General Meeting held in 2017 and every second Annual General Meeting thereafter, at which the Board is elected to office in accordance with this Constitution.
Biennial General Meeting means the Annual General Meeting held in the year 2013 and every second Annual General Meeting thereafter being the meeting at which the Board of Directors is to retire and the members elect a new Board.
Biennial General Meeting means every second Annual General Meeting (commencing with the Annual General Meeting in 2014) at which the Board is elected to office in accordance with this Constitution.
