Wave pool means a swimming pool of special shape and design which is provided with wave-generating equipment.
Overcollateralization Target Amount As of any Distribution Date, 1.30% of the Initial Aggregate Receivables Principal Balance.
Overcollateralization Floor With respect to any Distribution Date, 0.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.
Overcollateralized Group As defined in Section 4.03.
Overcollateralization Reduction Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on which the Excess Overcollateralization Amount is, after taking into account all other distributions to be made on such Distribution Date, greater than zero, the Overcollateralization Reduction Amount shall be equal to the lesser of (i) the Excess Overcollateralization Amount for that Distribution Date and (ii) the Principal Remittance Amount on such Distribution Date.
Overcollateralization Ratio means, as of any Measurement Date, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) obtained by dividing:
Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.
Final Trigger Level means 85.00%, being a percentage against which the performance of the Index will be measured in order to determine the Final Redemption Amount.
Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).
Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:
DNA profile means a letter or number code which represents a set of identification characteristics of the non-coding part of an analysed human DNA sample, i.e. the particular molecular structure at the various DNA locations (loci);

Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:
Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans before giving effect to distributions of principal to be made on such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates and Class M Certificates immediately prior to such date.
Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date and (y) the Excess Overcollateralized Amount.
Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.
Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group III.
Highest Credit Rating Available The highest rating category (disregarding any plus or minus or any numerical or other subcategory) of any Rating Agency. Holders: All of the Certificateholders.
Overcollateralized Amount As of any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over (b) the aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the LIBOR Certificates as of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to the payment of the Principal Remittance Amount on such Certificates on such Distribution Date).
Group II Stepdown Date The later to occur of (i) the Distribution Date in [Month/Year] or (ii) the first Distribution Date on which (A) the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance (reduced by the Group II Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date) is less than or equal to (B) ___% of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group II Mortgage Loans plus the Pre-Funded Amount allocable to Loan Group II, in each case, as of such Distribution Date.
Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.
Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.
Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
