Block Redemption Date definition

Block Redemption Date is defined in Section 4.7(b)(ii).
Block Redemption Date means the date on which a Member elects to have its Common Units redeemed in connection with a Redemption permitted pursuant to Section 11.01(i).

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.
