When ordering an Ambulance, the Resource Order must specify whether ordering a Type 1 Advanced Life Support (ALS), Type 3 Intermediate Life Support (ILS), or Type 3 Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulance.
Contractor shall be responsible for providing Ambulance transportation for all calls for BLS Ambulance services within the Primary Service Area when requested by City.

Each BLS Ambulance shall be staffed by a minimum of two (2) EMT-Basic IV’s.
