Emergency Medical Technicians. Effective October 1, 2009, and on or about October 1 of each contract year, the State shall pay a four hundred seventy-five dollars ($475) annual skill premium to each employee who is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and who had volunteered and been designated by the agency to provide such services at his/her work location during the prior contract year. Employees receiving this stipend are expected to respond to emergency calls and provide EMT services on or about State facilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Emergency Medical Technicians. The following provisions of Article IV. d. are hereby amended to read as follows:
Emergency Medical Technicians. All current employees presently holding an EMT-B license or presently holding an EMT-P license that opt out of paramedic status, pursuant to the procedures included in this agreement, shall maintain such license during the term of this agreement. Furthermore, all employees hired on or after May 1, 2003, shall maintain their EMT-B license as a condition of employment should they opt out of paramedic status, pursuant to the procedures included in this agreement. Illinois Department of Public Health licensure/re-licensure for EMT-B will be paid by the City.
Emergency Medical Technicians. 1. No Ambulance shall transport an emergency patient with the transport originating in or from the geographic boundaries of the Service Area unless it is an Advanced Life Support ambulance capable of providing Advanced Life Support Services and whose crew shall consist of at least one Nationally Registered Paramedic and one Nationally registered EMT Basic as driver.
Emergency Medical Technicians. 7.01. The emergency medical technicians (EMT) as defined by W.S. 33-36-102(a)(x), may operate as a volunteer EMT as defined by W.S. 35-29-101(a)(iii).
Emergency Medical Technicians. All Unit B classifications are required to maintain current EMT certification as a condition of employment. 2021-2023 Memorandum of Understanding City of Berkeley Berkeley Fire Fighters Association Effective the first full pay period after Council Approval, the City will provide EMT pay differential of five percent (5%).

Effective the first full pay period after Council approval of a new MOU, the City shall provide a one percent (1%) EMT pay differential. Effective July 6, 2014, the City shall provide a further EMT pay differential pay increase of one percent (1%) for a combined total EMT differential of two percent (2%). Effective January 4, 2015, the City will provide a further EMT pay differential of two percent (2%), for a combined total of four percent (4%).
Emergency Medical Technicians. Each employee certified as an Emergency Medical Technician shall receive $1,050.00 per year payable in January, except that in an employee's recertification year the stipend shall be paid within two (2) weeks of the Town's receipt of his/her re-certification document.
Emergency Medical Technicians. Section a. Employees hired after 7/1/2013 at all levels of EMS licensing are required as a condition of continued employment to maintain their current licensing and EMS certifications as required by the department, medical control and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A firefighter failing to gain EMT in 18-24 months will be terminated for failure to complete required training. The opportunity to become an EMT will be available to all members of the Fire Department. Those Firefighters approved to pursue EMT training shall be granted time off if scheduled to work.
