Blue Sky Monitoring Service definition

Blue Sky Monitoring Service means a Service consisting of an initial compliance audit and ongoing monitoring of the Company’s compliance with the securities laws of each U.S. state and territory. This Service is not included with the OTCQB designation, but is available for an additional fee to Companies that elect to subscribe.

  • Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;
