Board Authority definition

Board Authority has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d).
Board Authority means the South Carolina Budget and Control Board.
Board Authority means Board of Deendayal Port Authority, a body corporate under the Major Port Authority Act, 2021 as amended from time to time.
