Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of the death of a Trustee prior to the Board Election Date, the beneficiary of such Trustee shall receive benefits under the Applicable Plan as currently in effect, but shall not be entitled to receive the Remaining Trustee payment provided under this paragraph 5.
