Bona fide Agent. , as used in this Article, means an established commercial or selling entity that is maintained by the Contractor for the sole purpose of securing business and that neither exerts nor proposes to exert improper influence to solicit or obtain District Contract(s) nor holds itself out as being able to obtain any District Contract(s) through improper influence.
