Bond Insurance Policies definition

Bond Insurance Policies means those policies, surety policies or other instruments insuring any Bond and obligations related thereto, including all ancillary and related documents that may obligate the City to pay any amount to a Bond Insurer for any reason.
Bond Insurance Policies means those policies and/or other instruments insuring certain Bonds and obligations related thereto.
Bond Insurance Policies as defined in the preambles to this Agreement.
