Series 2002 Bonds definition

Series 2002 Bonds means the Authority's General Revenue Bonds, Series 2002 authorized pursuant to the Second Supplemental Resolution dated February 1, 2002 and issued March 7, 2002 in the original aggregate principal amount of $50,000,000.
Series 2002 Bonds means the Sewerage System Revenue Bonds (State Revolving Fund Program), Series 2002, of the City, in the aggregate principal amount of $2,230,000, authorized and issued pursuant to the Series 2002 Ordinance.
