Bondholders’ Meeting definition

Bondholders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Bondholders held in accordance with Clause 17 (Bondholders’ Meeting).
Bondholders’ Meeting means a meeting of Bondholders as set out in Clause 15 (Bondholders’ Decisions).
Bondholders’ Meeting means a meeting among the Bondholders held in accordance with Clause 18 (Bondholders' Meeting).

  • The attendance and the voting result of the first Bondholders’ Meeting shall be specified in the summons for the repeated Bondholders’ Meeting.
