Examples of Booked Services in a sentence

  • Documentation any documents and/or materials made available to you by SkiYodl from time to time which sets out a description of the Platform, the SkiYodl Services, the Booked Services and/or any user instructions for the Platform, the SkiYodl Services or the Booked Services.

  • Once Booked Services have been completed, Helpling issues an invoice on behalf of the cleaning service provider to the customer and engages the Payment Agent (as hereinafter defined) to collect payment of the Booked Service Fee (as hereinafter defined) from the customer.

  • The Customer has a twenty-four (24) hour period following the completion of the Booked Services (the “Dispute Period”) to inform Helpling if the Booked Services performed by the Cleaning Service Provider is not up to a standard reasonably required of a cleaning service provider or of any damage caused by the Cleaning Service Provider (the “Customer Dispute”).

Related to Booked Services

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
