Borrower's Obligations definition

Borrower's Obligations means, without duplication, all of the obligations of Borrower to Lender whenever arising, under this Loan Agreement, the Notes or any of the other Loan Documents, including without limitation, all principal, interest, monies advanced on behalf of Borrower under the terms of the Loan Documents, and taxes, insurance premiums, costs and expenses, and fees and any amounts that would have accrued but for the automatic stay under the Bankruptcy Code, and any obligations under any Swap Contract between Borrower and any Swap Issuer, whenever arising.
Borrower's Obligations means all of the liabilities and obligations of the Borrower to the Finance Parties under or pursuant to the Borrower’s Security Documents, whether actual or contingent, present or future, and whether incurred alone or jointly or jointly and severally with any other and in whatever currency, including (without limitation) interest, commission and all other charges and expenses.
Borrower's Obligations all terms, conditions, warranties, representations, agreements, undertakings, covenants and provisions (other than Borrower's Liabilities) to be performed, discharged, kept, observed or complied with by Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and/or any of the Other Agreements.

Borrower's Obligations means, without duplication, all of the obligations of the Borrowers to the Lenders and the Agent, whenever arising, under this Credit Agreement, the Notes, the LOC Documents or any of the other Credit Documents.

Borrower's Obligations means, without duplication, (i) all of the obligations of the Borrower to the Lenders (including the Issuing Lender) and the Agent, whenever arising, under the Credit Agreement, the Notes or any of the other Credit Documents (including, but not limited to, any interest accruing after the occurrence of a Bankruptcy Event with respect to the Borrower, regardless of whether such interest is an allowed claim under the Bankruptcy Code) and (ii) all liabilities and obligations, whenever arising, owing from the Borrower to any Lender, or any Affiliate of a Lender, arising under any Hedging Agreement.

Borrower's Obligations as used in this Guaranty Agreement includes any payments made by either Borrower to the Administrative Agent or any Lender and subsequently recovered by such Borrower or a trustee for such Borrower pursuant to such Borrower's bankruptcy or insolvency and that the guaranty of each of the Guarantors hereunder shall be reinstated to the extent of such recovery.
