Borrowing Base Guarantor Intercompany Loan Account definition

Borrowing Base Guarantor Intercompany Loan Account means the sum of (a) the net amount of any intercompany advances (including Letters of Credit issued for the account or benefit of a Borrowing Base Guarantor) which are made and are outstanding to or for the account of a Borrowing Base Guarantor from Borrower and (b) interest accrued and unpaid on such amount at the rate per annum equal to the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.
