Bossier Shale Formation definition

Bossier Shale Formation means the subsurface depths covered by the geological formations that are generally known as the Bossier Shale Formations, which generally include with respect to the Inventory Locations identified as being included within Area #1 on Exhibit “B-2”, the depths and formations found in the Wood 30-1H Well (API#17- 081-20997), with the (i) top at the correlative stratigraphic equivalent to that point found at a measured depth of 10,715 feet on the log of such well and (ii) the base at the correlative stratigraphic equivalent to that point found at a measured depth of 12,630 feet on the log of such well, recognizing that the actual depths will vary across the lands.
Bossier Shale Formation means that interval encompassing the formation commonly known as the Bossier Shale formation or its stratigraphic equivalent typically lying at a sub-surface depth between 12,000 feet and 15,000 feet, with primary reference made to any particularized definition or description of the Bossier zone or formation made by the State of Louisiana Office of Conservation for the relevant well, lease, unit or field, as may be amended from time to time. The Bossier zone or formation typically lies below the Cotton Valley zone or formation and above the Haynesville zone or formation and, for purposes of this Agreement, is considered separate from any similarly situated Haynesville zone or formation which may lie below the Bossier zone or formation. This definition of Bossier Shale Formation shall be limited to Bossier, Caddo, De Xxxx and Red River Parishes, Louisiana and Xxxxxxxx County, Texas for purposes of this Agreement. This definition of Bossier Shale Formation shall specifically exclude any sub-surface interval defined as the Cotton Valley zone or formation, with primary reference made to any particularized definition or description of the Cotton Valley zone or formation made by the State of Louisiana Office of Conservation for the relevant well, lease, unit or field, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • Cannabis production establishment agent means a cannabis cultivation facility

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Water treatment plant means that portion of the water supply system which in some way alters the physical, chemical, or bacteriological quality of the water.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • land development application means the application for a land development permit on a form provided by [local jurisdiction] along with the supporting documentation required in Section [Y]-10(a).

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Planning Application means the application for [outline/full] planning permission dated [ ] bearing the Council’s reference number [ ];

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Wastewater treatment plant means a facility designed and constructed to receive, treat, or store waterborne or liquid wastes.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Intercountry placement means the arrangement for the care of a child in an adoptive home or foster care placement into or out of the Commonwealth by a licensed child-placing agency, court, or other entity authorized to make such placements in accordance with the laws of the foreign country under which it operates.

  • accessible format copy means a copy of a work in an alternative manner or form which gives a beneficiary person access to the work, including to permit the person to have access as feasibly and comfortably as a person without visual impairment or other print disability. The accessible format copy is used exclusively by beneficiary persons and it must respect the integrity of the original work, taking due consideration of the changes needed to make the work accessible in the alternative format and of the accessibility needs of the beneficiary persons;

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
