Box Zones definition

Box Zones means the Box infrastructure product (including Zones-Multi) that enables specific Location(s) to be selected by Customer for in-region Content storage as provided by a Subprocessor. 「Box Zones」とは、サブプロセッサーにより提供される地域内コンテンツストレージとして、本顧客が特定の保存場所を選択できる Box のインフラストラクチャ製品（Zones-Multi を含む）を意味する。

Examples of Box Zones in a sentence

• In order to maintain Box’s obligations to Customer for the provision of Box Zones, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Box may change the Service Provider(s) at any time during the Subscription Period.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Zones Addendum and a purchase of a Box Zones account for each User as set forth in the applicable Order, Box agrees to store Customer’s Content in the Location(s) and with the Service Provider(s) specified in the applicable Order as of the Zones Addendum Effective Date.

• With respect to Box Zones, this Zones Addendum shall supersede and control over any conflicting terms and conditions in the Agreement.

• This Box Zones Addendum (“Zones Addendum”) to the underlying service agreement with Box applicable to Customer’s use of the Box Service (e.g., the Box Service Agreement) (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Box entity and customer identified on the applicable Order (respectively, “Box” and “Customer”) for Customer’s access and use of Box Zones.

• Subject to the terms in this Section and a purchase of a Box Zones account for each user, Box agrees to store your Content in the specikc geographic location(s) named at the time of purchase (“Location(s)”) and with the entities providing the geographic storage of Content as named at the time of purchase (“Service Provider(s)”).

• Box does offer products that enable storage and/or processing of Content outside of the United States and those products are subject to the Box Zones specikc terms in Section 25.

• This Zones Addendum will commence on the Zones Addendum Effective Date and will remain in effect during the Subscription Period in which Customer has purchased access to Box Zones under an applicable Order, unless otherwise terminated as provided for in the Agreement (“Addendum Term”).
