BQS Cluster definition

BQS Cluster means a set of 166 BQS or actual number of available BQS in a cluster handed to the Concessionaire by GMCBL for implementation of the Project.
BQS Cluster means the minimum unit, comprising up to 109 Bus Queue Shelters, as determined by GMCBL, which will be placed for e-bid for grant of Advertisement Rights and Maintenance Obligations of BQS Cluster/s.

  • The Concession hereby granted is for a period of five (5) years commencing from the Handing Over Date for the BQS Cluster during which the Concessionaire is authorised to implement the Project and to operate Project Facilities in accordance with the provisions hereof (hereinafter referred to as the “Concession Period”).

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS) means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Fire fighter means a member, including a volunteer member and a member who is paid on call, of an organized fire department that is responsible for, or is in a capacity that includes responsibility for, the extinguishment of fires, the directing of the extinguishment of fires, the prevention and detection of fires, and the enforcement of the general fire laws of this state. Fire fighter does not include a person whose job description, duties, or responsibilities do not include direct involvement in fire suppression.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Junk yard means any property utilized for breaking up, dismantling, sorting, storing, distributing, buying or selling of any scrap waste material, junk or used equipment or machinery of any nature.
