Branch Chairman definition

Branch Chairman means the person elected to the office of chairman of the Branch at the annual general meeting of the Branch.
Branch Chairman means a Chairman of any Branch and of the Branch Council of that Branch.
Branch Chairman means and includes any person who is appointed, for the time being, to manage the affairs of a Branch Board.
