Branch Member definition

Branch Member means a Member who has chosen a Recognised Branch to attend and has had their name entered on the Membership list of that Branch

Branch Member means a Member of a Branch as defined under sub-clause 27.4.

Anything in the Plan to the contrary notwithstanding, if a Higgins Branch Member was ever eligible to have Matchable Participant Deposits, such Higgins Branch Member shall become fully vested in the balance of his or her Account upon his or her termination of employment with the Company pursuant to the Agreement.
