Branch of Account definition

Branch of Account has the meaning given to it in Condition 18.01 (Branch of Account);

Branch of Account means the Wholesale Banking Operations of the Administrative Agent located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, or such other branch of the Administrative Agent located in Canada as the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent may agree upon.

Branch of Account means the office of the Agent at 000 Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0 or such other address as the Agent may designate from time to time.

Examples of Branch of Account in a sentence

• The Borrower may, from time to time, request an extension from each Lender (each, a "Requested Lender") of the then current Maturity Date of each such Requested Lender (each, a "Subject Maturity Date") by sending to the Agent at the Agent's Branch of Account a Request for Extension once in each Fiscal Year and the Agent shall forthwith notify the Requested Lenders of such request.

• The Agent shall promptly give written notice to each Syndicated Lender at its Branch of Account upon receipt by the Agent of any notice given pursuant to Article 3 or Section 4.3. The Agent shall advise each Syndicated Lender of the amount, date and details of each Syndicated Borrowing and of such Syndicated Lender's share in each Syndicated Borrowing.

• All notices or communications between the Borrower and the Secured Lenders which are required or contemplated pursuant to the Loan Documents shall be given or made through the Agent at the Agent's Branch of Account.

• The Agent shall promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days, deliver to each Lender, at its Branch of Account in hard copy or electronic form, such documents, papers, materials and other information as are furnished by the Borrower to the Agent on behalf of such Lender pursuant to this Agreement, and the Borrower shall provide the Agent with sufficient copies of all such information for such purpose.

• Each of the Agent and the Operating Lender, as applicable, shall open and maintain accounts and records on the books of the Agent at the Agent's Branch of Account and on the books of the Operating Lender at the Operating Lender's Branch of Account evidencing the Syndicated Borrowings and Operating Borrowings, respectively, and other amounts owing by the Borrower to the Lenders under this Agreement.

Branch of Account means the Toronto main branch of the Administrative Agent located at Scotia Plaza, 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, or such other branch of the Administrative Agent located in Canada as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may agree upon.

Branch of Account means the office of the Agent at WBO – Loan Operations, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0.

Branch of Account means a branch of the Agent in Toronto or Montreal where the Agent has established an account for the Credit, as may be designated by the Agent from time to time.

Branch of Account means the Vancouver main branch of the Administrative Agent located at Scotia Tower, Vancouver, British Columbia, or such other branch of the Administrative Agent located in Canada as the Borrower and the Administrative Agent may agree upon.

Branch of Account means the Calgary Commercial Banking Centre of the BNS situated at 000-0xx Xxxxxx X.X., Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, or such other branch of the BNS in the City of Calgary as BNS may from time to time designate in writing to the Borrower.

Branch of Account means, with respect to each Lender, the branch or office of such Lender at the address set forth in such Lender’s Administrative Questionnaire provided to the Agent or such other branch or office in Canada as such Lender may from time to time advise the Borrower and the Agent in writing; provided that, for purposes of delivering any notice required to be delivered by the Agent to a Lender pursuant to Section 12.8 and for purposes of effecting any payments to a Lender in connection with this Agreement, a Lender may specify to the Borrower and the Agent in writing any other branch or office of such Lender in Canada, and such branch or office shall thereafter be the Branch of Account of such Lender for such purpose;

Branch of Account means, a branch of the Agent where the Agent has established an account for the Facilities as may be designated by the Agent from time to time as the branch of account, after consultation with SNC;
