Investment opportunity means anything, tangible or intangible, that is offered, offered for sale, sold, or traded based wholly or in part on representations, either express or implied, about past, present, or future income, profit, or appreciation.
Equal Employment Opportunity For any federally assisted construction contract, as defined in 41 CFR 60-1.3, the contractor, subcontractor, subrecipient shall follow all of the requirements of the Equal Opportunity Clause as stated in 41 CFR 60-1.4.
EEOC means the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.
Commissioner General means the Commissioner-General appointed under the Zambia Revenue Authority Act;

Federal Health Care Program means a Federal health care program as defined in section 1128B(f) of the Social Security Act, and includes Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP.
IIROC means the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada;
Competitive Real Estate Commission means a real estate or brokerage commission for the purchase or sale of property that is reasonable, customary, and competitive in light of the size, type, and location of the property.
Opportunity Cost means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. OPSI Advisory Committee:
Business Opportunity means any commercial, investment or other business opportunity relating to the Business.
Franchising Authority means "franchising authority" within the meaning of Section 602(9) of the Communications Act.
Native American means a person having origins in any of the original peoples of North America and who is regarded as such by the community of which this person claims to be a part or who is recognized by a tribal organization.
