Brand Leaders definition

Brand Leaders means the world’s top global brand companies, as recognized by entities selected by the Manager that rate global brands in annual studies of the most valuable global brands, provided that the determination by the Manager that a company is a Brand Leader shall be conclusive for all purposes herein;
Brand Leaders means the world’s top 100 rated brand companies, as recognized by Interbrand in its annual study of the best global brands or, if such study is not available to the Fund, by a similarly recognized entity selected by the Manager that rates global brands, provided that the determination by the Investment Manager and the Manager that a company is a Brand Leader shall be conclusive for all purposes herein.

Examples of Brand Leaders in a sentence

  • The Fund’s investment objectives are to provide unitholders with monthly cash distributions, the opportunity for capital appreciation and lower overall volatility of Portfolio returns than would otherwise be experienced by owning Equity Securities of the Brand Leaders directly.

  • INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY The Fund has been created to provide investors with exposure to a portfolio (“Portfolio”) of Equity Securities of issuers selected from the world’s top 100 rated brand companies, as recognized by Interbrand in its annual study of the best global brands (the “Brand Leaders”), from the Brand Leaders Investable Universe.

  • As part of the investment strategy, the Fund will invest in an equally-weighted portfolio of equity securities of 20 Brand Leaders from the Brand Leaders Investable Universe that have a market capitalization of at least US$10 billion at the time of investment.

  • INVESTMENT PRODUCT The Brand Leaders Income Fund (the “Fund”) invests in an equally-weighted portfolio of fifteen of the world’s top one hundred rated brand companies, each with a market capitalization of at least US$10 billion.

  • Crew leader means an individual who:

  • Microenterprise means an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million;

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Channel means a natural or artificial watercourse with a definite bed and banks that conducts flowing water continuously or periodically.

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • SPID is the number that identifies a service provider to the relevant NPAC. The SPID may be a state-specific number. "Serving Wire Center" denotes the CenturyLink building from which dial tone for local Exchange Service would normally be provided to a particular End User Customer premises. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • traditional leader means the leader of a traditional authority that had been identified by the MEC in terms of section 81 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act to participate in the proceedings of the council.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.
